As part of ongoing efforts to identify risks and mitigate them, Riordan’s board of directors must work hand in hand with the senior management as well as key people in every department namely Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Operations and Information Technology. The top management is to be guided by a suitable action plan that outlines mechanisms to tackle all identified risks.
